First, capital can only be vested during scheduled window periods. Due to the amount of effort that goes into creating equity for each of our entrepreneurs, we regulate the times when investors can move their money in order to reduce the cost of overhead and ultimately save the investor and entrepreneur money by reducing fees. Second, the MEDF does not act as a holding company for your capital, we simply connect you the investor to entrepreneurs in developing countries. This means that all the capital that you intend to invest is held in your own accounts. When the time comes for an investment to be made, we connect you to our established partner MFIs easily and quickly, who will then invest your capital.
