Swadesi Organics Immunity Booster is made from dry, flavoured spices, which are grounded to make a mixed powder. It is blended with the goodness of traditional rice and 6 spices viz., turmeric, black pepper, black cumin, fenugreek, coriander seeds and fennel seed.

RECIPE: 

For 2 serving

1. In a saucepan take 2 ½ cups of water and heat it.
2. To the water add 3 tsp of Swadesi Organics Immunity Booster and allow it to boil for 5 minutes or till the flavours are absorbed well. Turn off the flame once done.
3. Add about ¼ cup of milk and honey as required to the decoction prepared, mix well. If using jaggery powder, add it to the boiling water itself.
4. Enjoy the drink that helps you fight cough, fever, and boosts your immunity.

NOTE:

• Milk is optional, if you want you can skip and have with water alone.
• Do not drink or eat anything half an hour before or after taking the immunity drink.
• Can take once or twice a week.
• People having digestive ailments, avoid taking this drink in empty stomach and frequently. It is advisable to take after food with a gap of half an hour to one hour.
• Goes well with Palm jaggery, honey and sugarcane, provided is it is added in a very less amount.
